In November 1998 Bad Religion was certified gold by the Canadian Recording Industry Association (now Music Canada) for selling more than 50,000 copies of their 1994 album 'Stranger Than Fiction' released by Atlantic Records. This award was presented to Bobby Schayer.

On March 4th, 1998 Bad Religion was certified RIAA gold by selling more than 500,000 copies of their 1994 album 'Stranger Than Fiction' released by Atlantic Records. It's known that at least 25 gold records were given out to the band members (5 each) that played on the album. This particular version is presented to Atlantic Records in general. The golden vinyl record in this particular frame is though Mötley Crüe's 'Girls, Girls, Girls'.

A postcard which front is featuring the picture of the band that was used for The Gray Race CD inlay but with later on added hats for each band member. "Season's Greetings from the world's most serious band. Bad Religion" is written to the right side of the picture. On the back-left of the postcard can be found "Look for a new Bad Religion album out in Spring of '98" and "Catch them headlining the Warped Tour next Summer!" with signatures of the band members underneath. The back-right can be found three christmas characters playing guitar above a "www.atlantic-records.com" text.
