So, I was asked to record a parody of Self Esteem for an upcoming podcast that's featuring the band. Tell me if this shit's cringe-worthy or not.

The more I listen to the album the more I like it. I still havent been able to get all the way through All I Have Left is You that song sucks.
Are they going to be doing more Ignition shows or was that a one time thing?

Why the fuck cant the whole album sound like Dividing by Zero.  That would be instant win and it cant be that hard for them.  If the album sounded more like Hurting as One and DbZ I think I could consider it a classic.

The real question is; why the fuck don't they play Smash in it's entirety instead ? It would make suuuuuuch a better show :) Or have they done it while on tour already ? lol

Because ignition is a better album

Forty bucks?  I wouldn't pay that much.  I don't think I'd pay that much for a BR ticket.  My limit for any band is $25 dollars, I'll only pay more if it's a festival...

But it's all up to you.  If you like the Offspring and think it might be worth the money, and you can afford it, maybe you should just go.
I'm pretty sure it's a festival tour.

I'll be going to the "KISW Pain In The Grass" Fest.
Offspring is the biggest name thus far.

Its not a festival.  The only "punk" festival in Detroit is warped tour.  They are playing at a big venue called the Fillmore.

Me too... While I think it's kinda similar to Want You Band, which I've always disliked, I can't help but like it...

Exactly! Haha, are you some kind of my Offspring soul mate or something?

Haha! I guess I am! ;)

DaymanVersusNightman, I now have an opinion about the Offspring:  Louis CK > the Offspring.  That guy is effin' funny.

Damn, I would pay just about anything (realistically) to see BR, but yea it is a little pricey.  Especially considering I want to see Louis CK in October for the same price, and i'm sure they'll both sell out so i'd have to spend about 90 bucks within a short time span.  Not really down for that.

Like I said, i'd probably only be interested in half of their set list.  I'm a fan, but there are entire albums of theirs I dislike and not to mention I have to interest in watching them play their shitty radio singles.  Might have to say no to this one.

Yes. But mighty can also be mighty in failure, as long as it's mighty.

That always depends on means and intents, which mostly depend on might. The more might there is, the less market you need. Offer and demand is not about more and less, it's about might and power. And as we all know, without power, art is nothing else than normal life, and we all know how much miserable that is lol
