Sorry, I got really excited seeing the "Recording" icon over to the side again.

The album diary summary is pretty awesome.

I know Greg's been in talks regarding a new book, does anyone think we might get an extra-awesome release day again? I hope so!

BR are the only band who I get really excited about hearing new stuff from anymore. I've only been a fan post-Empire, but for both NMoH and tDoM I've been ridiculously excited about hearing what the new stuff is gonna be like, because it always feels unpredictable and I don't think they've ever had a release without some kind of progression, and every release feels like "Well, so where do they go from here!?".

Thoughts? Potential release date estimates?

Oh wow, I hadn't noticed the album diary summary - that's such a good idea!

I'm the same as you Banjo, BR are the only band that can make me feel impatient to hear new material, so Its great to see the recording icon again!

If i had to take a guess, i would say early 2013. Jan/Feb for a release date. Depends on how fast tthey knock the songs out, though they are good about that sort of thing.

Cool, well I'm going to be the terrible person who looks at that and says December, but obviously that very might not be the case.

Thanks Marty!

I think you should be asking sites where you can download the leaked album!?

EDIT: oh, and then we will provide links
and then marty will delete them
and then we will have this reoccurring and always so enjoyable "why can't we post download links to the forum" -conversation.
then someone will get angry and then the shit hits the fan and i begin to prepare my popcorn for what I call "a great evening in internet"

I really like the third track, Nation of Heretics. It's cool having a title track that's third in the tracklisting, reminds me of Stranger Than Fiction.

What about that 21st century (digital boy) 2012 version. They forgot to play the solos there.

And the autotune might be very 21st century, but it doesn't suit them.

And regardless of everything that has been said, I still don't think Rebecca Black was a good choice for the backup vocals.

You mean the 21st Century version of 21st Century (Digital Boy)?

Where the California Crusin'  is (Part V - Bumpin in My Trunk) - quite possibly the most amazing new BR track to ever grace our ears.

Also, does anyone else think that Embryonic Necropsy And Devourment was a really weird choice of obligatory cover song?
