A bit of a thought experiment/hypothetical here:
You have to include exactly one song each from each album from The Process of Belief to Age of Unreason (excluding Christmas Songs) to include in the next leg of the tour's setlist. What songs do you pick, excluding Sorrow and New Dark Ages (which will be in the setlist anyway)? I'm curious to see how everyone else's choices differ from my own.

-------------------------------------
My list:
TPoB: Epiphany
TESF: Sinister Rouge
NMoH: Lost Pilgrim
TDoM: Only Rain
TN: Changing Tide
AoU: The Approach
---------------------------------------------

Your setlists are all great, and close to what I would choose. So, excluding songs I find great but already seen live once, here's mine:

Epiphany
Beyond Electric Dreams
Germs of Perfection
Ad Hominem
The Island
Candidate

My fav so far, Defense live is amazing. I wonder if BED translates well live, I have never seen it live.

These aren't my favourite songs from the respective albums, they're more so the ones I think will be best for a live set.

Heroes & Martyrs
Meeting of the Minds
Atheist Peace
Old Regime
In Their Hearts is Right
The Defense

This made me realize how much I prefer the pre-tpob closers. Say what you want about No Substance and New America but they closed with great songs. I'd pick seeing Don't Sell me Short and In So Many Ways over any of the post-TPoB closers.

Don't Sell Me Short is one of my favorite closers in their whole discography. I also think In So Many Ways is pretty underrated.

I actually really like most of their closers, although I agree Don't Sell Me Short and In So Many Ways are among their best.

Skyscraper, Cease, Don't Sell Me Short, and In So Many Ways is such a great run of closers. I guess you can include Digital Boy but I still have a hard time considering that a STF song. Great song but so overplayed that it's not one of my faves. All the post NS closers are good but not epic good like the mid period stuff. IMO Fields of Mars is the best "newer" closer.

Good point.  But, if we could get enough money to book them, we could also get enough money to get us all in the same place at the same time.

I'm thinking... how bout your place?  :)

This idea is brilliant!

A poll setlist show of Bad Religion.

I´m sure, we all will compound 28-32 songs which will satisfy almost everyone here.

I would donate or book a ticket to join this show!

Can anybody ask Jay about the feasibility?

Depends on your definition of "almost" !
But sure, that would be fun (and worth the try).
Imagine a 40th anniversary dvd show with this BRpage-built setlist.

Kyoto now!
Perfect blend between 80s hardcore, high energy and great melodies. I fucking love this song.

Sinister rouge
It's not my favorite on the album, and honestly I've never seen a particularly good live performance of this song, but it's one of the best I've actually experienced live. Great moshing and sing along-qualities throughout the song make it a perfect live song.

Requiem for dissent
One of the best songs on the album, and the chorus is perfectly anthemic.

Nothing to dismay
True north is my favorite on the album, and I think it works just as well as NTD and Fuck you, so I just went with the first one that popped up in my head.

Do the paranoid style
I would love to join a circle pit for this one.
