It's been a while since our last Minor League, but we finally have some interesting news to share.
Anarchy Evolution
Today, March 15th, we received a message from Harper Studio about the publication of a short interview with Greg Graffin and his editor. It's the first time that Greg shows off the book cover and the actual release date of the book, which will be October 5th, 2010. In the interview Greg talks about BR's 30th anniversary, science, touring and his third grade teacher miss Rood:
“I’ve always had a problem with authority. When I was in the third grade at Lake Bluff Elementary School just outside Milwaukee, my teacher, Wanda Rood, knew that I hated to be called by my full name, Gregory. I have always been Greg to my family and friends, and whenever Miss Rood called me Gregory to humiliate or intimidate me, I shook with fury.
Finally, one day when I was talking too much to my friends, Miss Rood said, ‘Gregory, do you have something to say to us all?’ I replied, ‘Don’t call me Gregory, Wanda.’”
Read the complete interview here.
Many thanks to Kathryn from Harper Studio.
Prepping for House of Blues
A picture says more than a thousand words:

On a related note from Twitter:
Brett: "at rehearsal working on eighty songs thats eight oh."
Brett: "(...) now rehearsal with BR practicing lots of rare songs..."
Greg Hetson: "Working up some new songs for house of blues run."
Brett: "Learned lots of rarely played songs for today's rehearsal (...)"
Last Call with Carson Daly
According to Austin Griswold, bio publicist for Epitaph, Bad Religion has been interviewed for Carson Daly. We're still waiting for the exact date on which this will be aired, but we do know that Bad Religion also played a few tunes. So stay tuned for more info!
Warped Tour 15th Anniversary Celebration DVD
This month, on March 30th, the Vans Warped Tour 15th Anniversary Celebration Event, which was recorded on September 6th at the Club Nokia in Los Angeles, will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray. At the Vans Warped Tour site we get a sneak peak of Bad Religion's performance that night.
Skyscraper cover
If ska is your thing... Streetlight Manifesto just appeared on a new cover album called "99 Songs of Revolution: Vol. 1", which contains a ska version of the song Skyscraper.
From wikipedia:
"99 Songs of Revolution is a multi-album cover songs project by American ska bands Streetlight Manifesto, Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution, and two currently unknown bands related to Streetlight Manifesto. The first volume in the series of albums will be released on March 16, 2010 through Victory Records."

More touring
It will come as probably no surprise, but a while ago Greg Hetson hinted at a South America tour later this year:
"(...)maybe this summer(your summer) enjoying a caipirinha at fogo de chão as I speak"
Note: The South American summer starts on December 21st.
European Kingsroadmerch
Next to www.kingsroadmerch.com (or www.kingsroadmerch.com/epitaph-records if you want to get past the main Coming Soon page) there also is a www.kingsroadmerch.eu. It already existed since ~May 2009, but went somewhat unnoticed. Both, of course, owned by Epitaph. Though a lot of Bad Religion items are the same as on the .com version, some stuff is only being sold in Europe.
Better check them out both when you're looking for something.
