In the latest issue of the brittish music magazine Mojo, Bad Religion is mentioned with the song You are (the government) in "The 50 greatest U.S punk tracks of all time". The songs are not listed, they just write about 50 songs, that stretches between 1955-2005. Here's what they write about "You are (the goverment)":

"Just as guitarist Brett Gurewitz'z record label Epitaph nurtured the SoCal punk scene, in Bad Religion's hands punk rock was all about heart, humanism and honesty. The opening track of Suffer, their finest album, You Are (The Government), adheres to the Californian punk formula that they helped to pioneer- a four-chord rush overlaid with Greg Graffin's pleading, intellectual lyrics. "I make a difference too", roars Graffin, offering a glimpse of the yearning behind punk rock's traditional mask of alienation."
