Idk about most of Swingin Utters but they have a great song called "Next in Line" that's worth anyone's time imho Bouncing Souls have a good one called Private Radio..I do get your criticism but as a Jersey boy i have infinite love for the souls 10/09/2010 at 07:35

I just think they should play avalon in general. Sorrow will probably always be the closer. It just fits perfectly. I do agree more off against the grain, suffer, and process of belief would be way better. Im so suprised they only play 3 new songs, and the 3 songs you would expect. Hopefully they change it up later on in the tour

Songs they should lose from this tour (and replace with new TDOM songs):
Infected (play Where The Fun Is instead!) Sinister Rouge (play TDTTES instead!) Recipe For Hate (play something from Suffer or ATG instead) Before You Die (play something from TPOB instead, like Kyoto Now! or Supersonic) No Direction (play Only Rain instead) and am I on crack to think that they should close with "Avalon"? 10/08/2010 at 12:20

FUUUUUUUUUCCCCCKKKKKK...all of this discussion got me doubting it too, and I went back over all of my recordings from last night, and what I listed as The Answer was actually No Direction. Sonofabitch. I don't know how that happened...sorry guys :( The rest of it is exactly correct, though, now that I've double checked. I was in too much of a rush to get it posted apparently...and now I can't find a way to edit the list. Apologies all around. 10/08/2010 at 10:54

They were really good too. Their set was just under 45 mins, but the crowd was going nuts the whole time. 10/08/2010 at 10:48

Weird, I dont remember hearing the answer at all. Yea, the set was typical, but amazing because they played the best of the best. Sometimes they might leave out a couple good ones like only gonna die, or you, but they had it all. So I was happy.

I was half-expecting to see 10 in 2010 on the list. Pretty typical setlist. It's nice to see Along The Way on there though.

Anyways, it was an amazing show! I got to meet jay outside the bathroom which was awsome. Im so sore right now from the pit. For anyone that was at the show, i was the only guy wearing a green shirt and white shorts and i crowd surfed more than anyone so you might have recognized me. Great show.
Awesome! I posted the setlist, and I know it's right because I recorded the show on my phone, so I used that to write the list. Yep, I saw you...there was like only one green shirt, true! I wondered if it was you. There was also a guy in the nuns shirt who knew the words to all of the songs, even the new ones, so he was a suspect too ;) I was on the balcony on Jay and Baker's side of the stage right against the railing, 4 people down from the bouncer guy. My neck hurts like hell today from rocking out so much :) I love the energy and enthusiasm of Detroit audiences! 10/08/2010 at 10:07
I get that they have to play the hits, but the sets are so predictable it seems. I wish they would cut: American Jesus, 21st, and Infected. It's even worse that they end the set in the manner that they did.
Only Rain please!
Yes! The last 3 were SO predictable :( It's sad too, because the crowd seemed to have a lot of really hardcore fans, plus a lot of kids who'd circle pit and slam to anything :) so there was no reason to just play "greatest hits." 10/08/2010 at 09:01

Damn, this setlist is very dissapointing to me. I get that they have to play the hits, but the sets are so predictable it seems. I wish they would cut: American Jesus, 21st, and Infected. It's even worse that they end the set in the manner that they did. I wish they would play Modern Man, Sowing the Seeds of Utopia, and Come Join Us (they did play this last time I saw them!). Atomic Garden and The Answer are a plus! Only Rain please!

Seems so. I hope it gets fixed before the Montreal show oct 15th. I saw BR twice in the last year and it was pretty much the same setlist except those 3 new songs. I'm really hoping to hear Ad Hominem or Only Rain or Pride and the pallor (at least one of those 3 !!)
