Sigh lee if you dont want to work with me fine, but for legal reasons I dont want to discuss anything in detail on the board. Just email me Im sure we can come to some sort of arrangement, as for the sharing club, I uploaded the show myself so its there but only valid for a week if you want the show I have it in lossless format, just email me and ill shoot you an email back. Easy as piiiiie.
I was at the show, and if there is video of it I need it in large format, dont care what it takes on your end. Thats about as much as I can say lol.
In unrelated news it only takes about 30 min to burn and encode a short show to dvd :P

I know everything you're saying, I could do it if I could find proper audio. I don't see myself uploading over a gig of video anytime soon though. Making it smaller and putting it on you tube is all I have time for right now. I looked for proper audio to put over the video at the br sharing club but found none.

I can only help if I have the biggest version, there are ways easy ways of getting it to one another. I help fix ALOT of audio and have done so for years. I understand for the average user a small version is better but get someone that larger version. I can tell you if you get it to me I can probably take the audio off, make it better then put it back on. Its worked before. youtube stuff is just to poor. I dont know of any other philly show being recorded but yours this is why I stress to get the file to us somehow. Even via megaupload or something. Dont know why you dont just email me hrmmm...

Yes smaller is worse, but when it comes to a 300+ meg video file I have to make it a little smaller. I should've made the audio quality better on this.
I tried to find the audio of the concert to see if it was good enough to sync over the video, but I was unable to find it on the brsharingclub

No, it's not entire concert, I don't want people to get excited for what I don't have.
I have four songs
Talk About Suffering
God Song
Suffer
Sorrow
I only had a small amount of memory to work with, so that was unfortunately all I could get. I didn't see anyone get kicked out myself, everyone around me was taking photos so I just took video instead.

Sad thing is I had to sit down the whole time and the venue sucked(Great American San Fran) 70% stood up while all that sat were forced to see backs. Either make it all seated or all stand people not both. hukla we prolly met at the show lol so email me will ya ?

Unless you have a really expensive phone no way your taking more than 15-20 second clips that are so choppy even 1 inch big. As for being able to take phones that record in and not camcorders WTF I mean has greg not openly stated he cares not if you film him as long as you dont sell it? Its not like people will be begging to buy bootlegs of graffins solo tour I just want video/audio/or a fargin pic or two to remember it by. Why do venues suck so bad. This reminds me of the time I got kicked out of The Warfield for taking pics of BR. YES kicked out, not just warned. This was right after Jay told me BR said OK to photos so its up to the venue. F ALL THE VENUES greg dont ever go to the american music hall again! As for the concert Im not going. Its a 2 hr drive and if you have ever been to SF you would know driving there sucks. Not worth it. Damn you greg for not telling the venues to allow such things or you wont play there. BR screws with me again!

LuluBR, if you've got a good cellphone that can take video, I'd go ahead and do that. I did it at the show I went to and sure the recordings weren't all that great, but at least it's something. Why are you thinking about not even going? Just because the venue won't allow cameras?? Go! If you don't, you'll be missing an absolutely amazing show.

I saw him last night in LA, where he was the headliner. There was a HIGH percentage of BR fans in the audience. It was also a very mellow and personal show, he responded to the audience's comments frequently. At one point, he was having difficulty with keeping his accoustic guitar in tune, and somebody yelled out "You have a PhD!" He just laughed and said, "But not in music!". He also messed up on Cease, but just smiled and started again. He did Sorrow as an encore. There were cameras everywhere, even with flashes though flashes weren't supposed to be allowed. It was a really cool show, very different from a BR show, but really cool anyway.

Neil, it was hard to gauge, but I'd say probably half or a little less than half were there specifically for Greg. Some people were there in BR shirts and talking only about what Greg's set might be like, and others were there just for the Weakerthans and I guess also for the New Amsterdams. It was a good mix of people who were excited to see Graffin and people who didn't know who the hell he was (good example - when Greg made a reference to his "other band" during the show half the audience clapped and yelled and the other half looked completely lost). Like when he was doing his version of God Song a couple of BR fans shouted out the "two...three...four" part right before the bridge and he looked up and grinned appreciatively. Anyhow...Greg was officially the opener, even though the Weakerthans all came out and played with him and then came out later and played their own set.

Cool video, thanks for posting it!
I just got back from Boston where I saw him Friday. One of the most thoroughly enjoyable, incredible shows I've ever seen. He did seem very nervous at first, and half the crowd didn't seem to know who the hell he was, but by the end of the show EVERYONE was clapping (even the girl in front of me who didn't know him turned to her friend and shouted, "This guy's good!") It was such an intimate show - I could have literally reached out and shook his hand, I was so close. He played two BR covers, too: God Song (fucking BRILLIANT) and Sorrow. He also did a great, rocking version of "Highway". By the end of the show he didn't seem so nervous and when he got up to leave and said "thank you all so much for being here," all the scattered BR fans in the crowd started yelling back "no thank YOU, Greg" and clapping wildly. Great, great show.

I got into sound check just because I walked right into the door and was lucky enough there wasn't anyone there...it was actually on accident.
Graffin played nothing from American Lesions during the actual set.

I was there...Up against the stage...4 feet infront of Graffin...I was wearing an orange Flyers Jersey...
The set list said Suffer and Sorrow, but he never played Sorrow.
The show was awesome. I thanked him and he thanked me back. He was super neverous the entire set. The guy next to me said he was playing some American Lesions stuff during soundcheck. When I walked in on sound check he was playing Don't Be Afraid To Run.
It was very intiment and personal. And when he put down his guitar and went over the key boards people were yelling play Billy Gnosis! And Into The Unknown! He was a great sport and laughed and smiled.

I have all but Don't Be Afraid To Run in video format, although the video and sound quality aren't as good as these (I studiply set it on the lowest resolution to record it at). I'll have it up later.
