If you look back at the old Bad Times newsletters they sent out yearly there are some letters from kids who got in trouble at school for wearing BR shirts and Greg G. writes 'em back in the newsletter. I don't know how involved any of the guys actually got, but you could probablu figure it out from reading the old newsletters.
And english is actually taught in most years of swedish schooling. American kids don't learn swedish from 3rd grade on.
And a cover of the song "Portrait of Authority" is played during an episode of Lizzie McGuire.

I'm currently in school and wearing a BR T-shirt, mayby I should get worried ^^, even though I've been wearing it several times the past year.

I mean it's not the most interesting news but don't slag the guy for his english, and btw I think the coolest thing is in Gilmore Girls they mentioned BR, and I think in real life the main character is a BR fan but I'm not too 100% sure.

is it just BR fans from America that are pricks, or does your whole country suck?

if you can understand the post, and the poster is from europe with english as a second language, leave him alone...yeah, it's a weird, and likely lame post, but who cares...leave him alone...any reference in public to BR is okay by me.

Yeah can't you just chill instead of bitching at people for their spelling? I mean, if the news aren't interesting to you, don't write a comment. In my opinion it's way more interesting than those countless setlists of shows.

Just be glad it wasn't written in Swedish. Maybe in your perfect little dream world everybody speaks perfect english, but when you snap out of it you might notice there happen to live people on this planet who have other native languages...
(oh, and I'm sorry for the spelling, wich you may find oh so repulsive)

Chill out guys, he's Swedish; you can't expect his English to be perfect.
How good is your Swedish? It was good enough to understand so that's fine, but perhaps the moderator should do a punctuation and spelling check on each new news item.

To be honest, I didn't even bother reading through this "news" posting. I could not get past the second paragraph, my brain was about to explode. Next time, someone please edit before posting, thanks.

In the movie CLERKS, they play leaders and followers, and I think there's a crossbuster in a locker in the movie The Ring

Oh, and also in a show called Zoey 101, there's a poster of The Empire Strikes First on one of the kid's wall.
Also, in a show called Drake and Josh, at the cinema in one episode, it says that a film called The Empire Strikes First is gonna be played, but I think that was just a coincidence.

I am a little dissapointed when I read this that this newsarticle was about a poster. I thought: maybe they used "the new america" as a soundtrack or something. But thank you for posting. Better not that important news than no news at all
