I was a Biohazard fan before I ever heard about BR, so I liked their version of "We're Only Gonna Die" before I heard the original. After falling in love with BR, I then got to see both bands play together in Atlanta in 95 or 96 and Biohazard played it but BR didn't. It would've been awesome to see a band duet of the song!

www.badreligion.it appears to contend that the Ataris' song Heaven Is Falling is, indeed, a Bad Religion cover.
Of course, having had to run the site through Babelfish/Google Translator, the integrity of the sentence was probably compromised, so it might just be total speculation.

offsenter: biohazard recorded the song for their album "urban discipline" (og released in 1992).
it?s not just a live cover.

the biohazard version of "Were only gonna die" rocks, but I don't know if that counts since BR plays with them. That version is also on "Punk Rock Songs"

grillo: the only thing relating to "lowest of the low" and "cover song" i can think of is the propagandhi version of their song "gamble". it?s not bad and can be found on their "where quantity is job #1" collection.
what do you guys think of biohazard?s "we?re only gonna die"? i have an old video of a show in germany where the two bands teamed up for that song on stage. evan from b.h. said after playing it: "best band in the world, bad religion!" - to which greg g. answered: "second best, biohazard! ... team best!!!".
that was kind of cool, i think it was at bizarre 1996 or something.

Off topic, but what song has lowest of the low covered, and WHO ARE lowest of the low?
The Anesthesia cover by Shai Hulud is just plain horrible though.

Alot of the bands that were initially announced to appear on this CD dont appear to be there so maybe tbey were only rumours Unless of course, like BR, they are going to be on the Bonus CD.
.
Bands that spring to mind that were supposed to be there include Green Day, Good Charlotte, and the Foo Fighters. Although i cant imagine too many people will be upset about any of these bands not being present.

HAHA! No kidding offsenter, that was the same comment I made to our Administrator when I sent him this piece of news... Although I also pointed out that bands like Anathema or Lowest of the Low have done a good job covering Bad Religion...

I hope the Ataris do not do a cover of "Heaven is Falling". I hate it when weak bands cover bad ass songs from Bad Religion. Like when Simple Plan covered "American Jesus". It just makes me mad
