Do BR have a song about a 3rd command or anything like that? Nothing springs to mind at the moment.

Ok I did a little research and I too found it on 2 lyrics sites. Maybe its just a mistake... there was also a song called The Unknown, which in fact was Tommorow and a song called Superman, which obviously was Do What You Want. lol

Can't say I've heard of it, but then I don't know everything they've done.

THere is a supposed song called 3rd command by BR that has tabs and lyrics but I've never heard of it. Has anyone ever heard it or is it just BS?

new album is so good! I love the drums...very creative. Does anybody have any idea what greg mumbles though after the chorus on 52 seconds? He is typically coherent but not there

What is the second line in the second verse of Spirit Shine? You can call it just [good luck] or live your life that way?

The new album is great! The drums sound awesome, the guitars are great as always and so is the bas! (Love the bas part in "before you die"). And Dr. Graffin still sings like a god!

Album preference is a subjective matter. I find it kinda goofy when people come out saying a certain album is Bad Religion best, as if everyone not agreeing is wrong. Many people think Suffer was their best, but its actually my least favorite since 1987 (including No Substance and New America). My personnal favorites are No Control and Generator, with Process of Belief, STF and The Gray Race close behind ; but you're free to disagree!

Actually I think it might be the best since Generator, which until now was my favourite BR album.

Heroes & Martyrs, Germs Of Perfection, New Dark Ages, Requiem For Dissent, Grains Of Wrath, Fields Of Mars kick ass and I can not stress enough how much Brooks Wackerman rules!
Some of the leaked new songs sound more compressed than the others, especially the drums, so I'm really looking forward to my official copy with better sound. First day buyer of course.

"I got new maps off of limewire and it definitely the best BR since the 80s."
So according to you, it's better than Against The Grain and Stranger Than Fiction? I don't feel that way. New Maps Of Hell is up there with the other two solid Wackerman-era albums and (very) arguably the best BR album since STF.
I love the first five songs and most of the other fast paced ones, but the album loses a little bit of pace towards the end (same as TESF). Nothing against experimental music (hey, I like Fant?mas after all), but I prefer my Bad Religion songs straight forward (and fast) all the way through. I totally respect Greg's and Brett's need to mix it up with some experimentation though, and these more inventive songs are real growers, just not as rousing as the fast ones.

"There Will Be A Leak" was one of the most interesting things I've read in a long time. A really funny read, well done.

Speaking of Warped, KROQ is running a contest where you can in a job as a roadie for the Warped Tour. One promo features Jay talking about how he plans to torture the poor victim... I mean winnner.

That was a nice little story. I liked the mention of BR songs sprinkled into it. On another note, fancy Sound The Sirens only giving NMoH 3 stars.

While a bit melodramatic and at times nonsensical (no time for your sinister rouge?), it was an enjoyable piece to which I am able to relate. Good job Jau.

I hope the Amish don't end up delivering the Necronomicon instead of NMoH, I'd hate to have to wait for another month :\.
Just ask Bruce Campbell to pick up a copy of NMoH when he comes to collect.

@mike. Graffin actually says "vegetable" at the end of too much to ask. I asked Jay once.

I had no idea what to write, so as an unoffical disclaimer I hope nobody takes it the wrong way since it was all ridiculous & exaggerated, lulz.

There's is a startling lack of watcho's, ya-hey's, sitcow's, and other Graffinated jargon on 'New Maps of Hell'.

Eh, I'm kind of disappointed with the new album. It's not really *bad* or anything, but it seems like there's a bit of a dropoff in quality from 'Process' and 'Empire'. There are definitely a few great tracks, but there's also a few that I'd just as soon skip over.
