This one dates back to December 24th. Bad Religion apparently made it to Ultimate Guitar's "Top 20 Unholy Songs". You can find the songs "God's love" all the way down in the list. However, please keep in mind that the list is not in any particular order.

Bad Religion: "God's Love" (2004)
"God's Love" is about as warm and fuzzy a song as you'd expect from a punk rock anarchist / college professor who wrote his dissertation on evolutionary biology. Always a political lighting rod, Greg Graffin puts it all out there, asking how the pain and suffering caused by religion could possibly be explained as "God's love." If that's not enough for you, try reading his 2006 book, "Is Belief in God Good, Bad or Irrelevant? A Professor and Punk Rocker Discuss Science, Religion, Naturalism & Christianity."
Here's an interview with Noam Chomsky. Often considered as one of the most notable figures in contemporary philosophy, Chomsky is most revered for his work as a political activist. In this interview by Kate Albright-Hanna he discusses everything from his team up with the Bad Religion to the potential dangers of ‘Obama’s Army’.
The BR part starts at 1:53.

And last but not least, earlier today Brett "tweeted" the following:
"Recording song demos today; feeling nervous about playing my new tunes 2 the guys for the 1st time - It's been a year of big changes".
And to top it off, only minutes ago Jay confirmed that Joe Barresi will be producing the new record. Joe also produced New Maps of Hell. However, contrary to NMoH, which was recorded at Grandmaster Records, Hollywood, the new record will be recorded in Pasadena, CA.
Exciting times...
Extra tidbit - So what do you think, will the April 26 date hold up? It's getting awfully close.

"It's been a year of big changes". ( Brett ) Big changes in private
life or maybe on style of the songs too ? Jay Bentley wrote that the next album will be typical BR record with a little twist off.

maybe they changed because they had children. You have to tell kids stuff like " the world is a beautiful place, there's lot's of evil, but there's more good than evil"

In Suffer (I'm sure) and maybe latter you can find some clearly anarchist lyrics.

Yeah, go check the New Wave Theater clips (from 30 years ago!). They say they're anarchists there.

I think some of them have been at some point, almost sure about Greg and Brett. But not sure if they are anymore.
lol I am? odd 2nd person to state that.. you and civ hmm..
I just read, talk and listen (sometimes not to convos im in).. idk...
ive heard nothing about Joe :(
but id have to agree logically .. they wouldnt use him again if they felt his work was.. poor.. so :P
id have to assume you are correct... in that they are fond of him.. (or someone in the band is)
Not trying to thread jack, but yeah, you tend to act that way. Some of us don't read everything and you tend to interject yourself... its okay, beauty of the forum and all, and we don't need to ask Jay the same stuff every time... some of us just have other things to do than hang on to every crumb dropped by the band... maybe you or someone should compile a written FAQ that is a "read first before asking Jay!" Almost started doing that myself but figured some ever faithful fan was already on it.

Well, clearly the band was fond of his work or they wouldn't use him. Not sure if Jay has ever commented on it...
BRSF... you're the living Ask Jay FAQ... he ever say anything?
I honestly don't expect the album to be released till 2011 for whatever reason... unless they're going for a fall supporting tour... methinks we're lucky to even be bestowed such a wonderful gift.

i liked tpob sound wise..
just odd they went with the same choice.. considering sales of nmoh vs say tesf or tpob.. (not sure about lately but last I saw, nmoh was 3rd in that ranking.. but it could have changed not sure)
as for the dates mates dont get hung up on those.. if its not a show.. its variable.. hell.. even shows are lol
lets hope joe doesnt make the same sort of album.. but better! .. not sure how or why they went with him again.. or if they feel nmoh sounds the best.. im not sure there, to all of us here it seems we agree it wasnt done well..

OK, I know very little about recording stuff, but shouldn't we be concerned about who will be mastering the creature? Producing doesn't necessarily mean mixing or mastering.
I was going over the liner notes of the last three albums (they are online on Epitaph.com) and Barresi did everything indeed for NMoF, while TESF was mastered by Tom Baker and TPoB was mastered by Bob Ludwig who I was hoping would be asked again this year. By teh way, the mixing on TPoB was donde by Brett himself.

Joe Barresi... uh oh. Doesn't that mean we'll have a whole new "OMGZ!!!1 NMOH is too loud/overproduced" debacle?
And I believe nothing when it comes to recording/release dates.

I saw Brett's tweet earlier today. Excited as all hell, man. I think the April 26 date could still hold up. It's starting to come together nicely so far.
