Update (3/9): According to Epitaph the download will be available for a limited time only beginning May 18.
Taken directly from the official Bad Religion website:
"To celebrate three decades of Bad Religion, we'll be recording a live album during our spring 2010 tour, and offering it as a free "thank you" to the loyal fans who've been with us through all the sweat and mayhem. So let us know who you are by joining our mailing list below, and sometime late spring we'll let you know how you can get your free Bad Religion 30 Years Live download. We'll be playing a few tracks at the shows from our new album, coming this fall, so this will be a great way to get a preview of the new tunes.
Thanks again to the greatest and best-looking fans a band could hope for."
To get notice of the free download, sign up for the BR mailing list on the official site.

According to one of the recent articles in the OCR, the live album will feature "select tracks from each of the dates. Every show, the band says, will have a different set list intended to be the fullest representation of the band’s massive repertoire."

They can still play new songs before the new album comes out. That's what they did with Heroes and Martyrs during the South American Tour. HugeFan and Dontbe: nothing in my inbox either. |

i wonder which shows the tracks for this live album will be pulled from. i'm guessing a little bit from each of the HOB shows? i went to the palladium shows for the live DVD, it's cool knowing you were there for a live album.

The Tested booklet is a prime example why I'd love to see a real CD release. Background info on the songs, recordings, venues (like Tested) is almost half the fun.

Seriously come on, do you really think this live album won't be readily available everywhere else (torrents, music blogs, etcetera) the minute it's released for that select mailing list? I am sure this mailing list is more of a marketing tool for advertising other BR-related things in the future. |

Hmm. What could possibly be the best Bad Religion year, just got a little bit better - new album, new book from Graffin, a television show, a tour and now a live album! I wonder if in like a decade or something, if people who didn't have the opportunity to download the album this year will still be able to get it.
