Apparently, Bad Religion fans at the Anaheim
concert on April 1st were treated to an extra-special show. Before
playing their set, the band threw an "Easter skit." Greg Graffin came out
on stage dressed as Jesus; Jay was dressed as the Easter Bunny. Brian Baker
served as the narrator.
Doug, who was at the show, describes the skit: "Greg had the beard and robe
of Jesus, and Jay had on a complete bunny outfit, something that a five year
old child would wear. Greg came on the stage and was attacked by the Easter
Bunny played by Jay, and killed Jesus, three days later Jesus was raised
from the dead, unfortunately he was killed again by a giant cross that came
from behind the stage. I think the audience was stunned but enjoyed
Wow, sounds like quite a show. I have some pictures from this Easter skit,
which I will try to post soon.
And in completely unrelated news, Pitchshifter will be the opening band for
BR's dates in the UK.
