At the recent Grammy awards on February 13, Jay and Brooks were interviewed backstage. Clearly that lady had no idea who they were and what she was talking about. "The 30 days... The 30... You did something in 30 days? You performed in 30 cities?". Check it out for yourself:
Apparently there's a new art exhibit about old school punk rock in L.A.. As Edward Colver is one of five photographers included in the exhibit, it's bound to include some photos of Bad Religion. So if you're in the area, check it out.
"TOO FAST TO LIVE, TOO YOUNG TO DIE is a selection of photography, art and ephemera from the California Punk & Hardcore scene with an emphasis on the explosive period of the late 70’s and early 80’s. This exhibition features both photographers and artists who were present for the detonation of the Southern California scene and whose imagery helped capture and craft it’s angles, attitudes, music, fashion and sub-culture. Reflections of other punk scenes throughout California are included as well as contemporary collaborations inspired by one of the most potent and important periods of free expression in the California story."

The Other F Word is an interesting looking film about what happens when society’s ultimate anti-authoritarians, Punk Rockers, become society’s ultimate authorities, Dads. Among a lot of other famous names, it features Greg Hetson and Brett Gurewitz. The documentary premieres at SxSW.

Here's a short promo:
Following the recent introduction of our new and improved discography, we now proudly present to you our new archive of Bad Religion collectibles. As with the discography, our goal here is to catalog all (commercially) available Bad Religion items: Shirts, posters, buttons, patches, mugs, original album artwork, you name it. Both authentic items and fakes/bootlegs.
Our editors Monolith and Graffinius worked overtime to add all of their stuff. So right now the archive already contains over 300 items. However, we're far from finished... and that's where you come in! So dig up your Bad Religion shirts, your crossbuster undies, the Bad Religion shotglasses at your parent's house and see if they're already here on the site. If not, take some good quality pics and use the "Contribute" links in the top right corner of the Collectibles section to submit your images. Future generations will thank you!
Have fun browsing through some of the most hideous shirts you've ever seen :)
Extra tidbit: Talking about punk documentaries, whatever happened to One Nine Nine Four?

I think that when you depart from those who have supported you for thirty years and put yourselves in foreign territory (The Grammy Awards?) then you are going to have to deal with people who don't know who you are. Good luck with that!

Wow, yeah that interview was pretty rough. Jay always handle those interviews so well!
That movie looks cool. I have always found it interesting how anti-authority punk rockers handle the transition to fatherhood and battling with their own ideals.
"What can fans expect from the new album"? wtttttttfffffff?!!!!!
yeah those questions... "is the new album more mature?" and "is it different from the older albums?" typical interview questions. If I sat there asking the questions I would definitely ask why the album was released 6 months ago and there is still no video for wrong way keeds.
great interview! I have learned that Brooks is not Brett. In many interviews they talked about that Bobby left and Brett rejoined the band. But apparently a guy named Brooks also joined the band. Now I finally get what all the "where is Brett when they play live?" topics are about. I always thought "are you people blind? he's sitting behind the drum kit". thank you, wise interview lady for clearing that up
Exactly. Remember that time I shouted in the shoutbox during the NYC shows "Brett's here!"? He was drumming, duh!
