Here's a conversation between Jay Bentely and the fans on the Official Message Board.

Fan: whats yer favorite song on the new album?

Jay: I really like all there is and beyond electric dreams.. but i really do like all the songs on this record, i like the record a lot.

Fan: BTW, jay.. is there any song that was physically demanding for a bass player

Jay: volo, the hardest part for me was the off-time bridge is beyond electric dreams, it seems really easy when you listen to it, but i couldn't get the 3 beat for a long time....

Fan: When do you guys plan on how you're going to play the songs live?

Jay: onstage in helsinki :)

Fan: do you really care if people download the new album..is it that big of a deal to you personally?

Jay: personally, yeah it's pretty hard to watch at first, but i think you just get over it.
it's hard to put feelings on it. i guess it is that you feel like you've got this great package that you want to deliver to your friends, and like someone said, it's like watching your gift get torn open before it's time. then to watch it sort of turn into a feeding frenzy, and everyone being so excited, but not really getting the entire package, you get sort of bummed that the present was opened. you just hope everyone will feel the same when the record comes out, and not be "over it" cause they have had it for 2 months.
but the reality is, this is reality, so you cant get too upset.
i understand how people would want to have it if they could, i probably would too. so i'm happy that everyone seems to like the record...

Jay: i wouldn't ask anyone to not download it. i think that it is a great record. it seems that most people who have been here for awhile want to listen to the music early because they are so excited, like me. i must tell you guys (and you know who you are) it means more to me to read the "reviews" and opinions from you guys then someone i don't know who just posts a site and says "download the record it's awesome!"

Fan: did you write any of these new songs?...

Jay: brett says i did, but i don't remember it.. just some parts or another

Fan: Jay, upon your next group disscussion sessions with the rest of the band, could you ask the other to think about puting out a few singsles on 7"'s like you did with Dare to care records back in the early nineties?

Jay: i'll ask brett about a 7" tomorrow troy. that would be cool, i've seen the 12" artwork, it's stunning.

Fan: Jay, can you say whos doing the art and if they if you will releasing silk screened tour posters like you did with TPOB?

Jay: the art is done, by an epitaph artist named nick pritchard. and i think we may make the posters for the fall tour...

Jay: yeah we are starting a u.s. tour mid october through november

BR rocks. Social Suicide is amazingly catchy and has been stuck in my head for 2 days now. Live Again is like a brilliant cross between Sorrow and There Will Be A Way. Even the rapping makes sense, try skipping the rap part and the song seems sort of lacking. And as "Nacho Vidal" sad: Fans of Bad Religion I would say are more likely to buy the album because they love the band so damn much.
