The Bob Dylan tribute album Chimes of Freedom can now be listened to on Amnesty International's Facebook. All you have to do is like Amnesty International USA and the songs will be available to listen to. This includes of course Bad Religion's cover of It's All Over Now, Baby Blue (no.45).

The song needs a bridge. It's too much verse chorus. But I like it. The melody is catchy as fuck.

anticipation for hearing bad religion doing a dylan cover, was painfull in waiting.....outcome was a new fan of Kesha....It sounds ridiculous, but its my favorite tune...her emotion is emulating cat power....glad to see a broad spectrum of covers

The band still sounds vital, energetic, and relevant. Good stuff. Although I do wish it had a scorching Baker lead.

I think this is great. I really don't care for the original version of this song, and I find this one, tighter, more melodic, and just more enjoyable. Of course, I generally feel that way about Dylan covers to begin with.

And those commenting on the sound of Greg's voice... try listening to the original. Whether conscious or not, those "differences" are very dylanesque inflections.

its great song by both dylan and bad religion.its funny but the roots of the band seem clear as the years pass.is something like dylan,lennon/beatles.i think BR is one of not too many punk bands that could play many forms of rocklong live Bad Religion

After a few more listens, it has grown on me. I also like the Rise Against, Gaslight Anthem, Elvis Costello, Jackson Browne, Flogging Molly, and all the other covers I've listened to on the album. Eventually I'll listen to the whole thing, once a downloadable version comes along

Gregs vocals reminded me of the way he sang the Christmas song covers like Noel and Joy To The world. I've only heard a few Bob Dylan songs in my life but not this one. This is awesome!

I thought it was pretty great. It sounds very different from anything else they've done, most notably Greg's voice and Brooks' drumming. I know that maybe the sound difference can be attributed to the fact that it is a cover, but I wonder if this is an indication as to what their next album will sound similar to.

as far as the high singing is concerned, i guess a little R&R and the stress of touring not present = able to get the voice cranked up for a song... I will say, as far as the sound of his voice, that the difference in the voice is probably that this is Greg's natural voice, trying to sing a Dylan song. I thought it was ok the first time, but i really like it after giving it a second/third listen. Well represented.

Far and away more impressed by Kesha's 'Don't Think Twice, It's All Right'. Makes a really beautiful contrast to Kronos Quartet's instrumental version. Could've been interesting if they had segued the two together, but considering the instrumental, and general disposition, differences, that may not have worked in the end.
BR have been processed too loud again. Couldn't listen to the song all the way through, and apart from that, it just sounded like a b-side to TDoM, which I don't much like anyway.

Pretty, pretty, pretty good.
Would have liked a bit more oomph, but the song really captures the sounds of both BR and Dylan. Makes me excited to be a BR fan again, haven't felt that in years.
