So yesterday (or early today for those in other time zones) the True North release party took place at KROQ Soundspace. Below is a video of the whole thing that was broadcasted live, minus the beginning of the Q&A. Thanks to punkfan75!
Update (1-26-2013) - KROQ has published an article on the event. Some quick excerpts:
“Basically the only thing that’s changed as you get older is basically everything on stage after a concert,” said frontman Greg Graffin in an interview with Alvarez before the band’s performance at the Red Bull Sound Space at KROQ. “Every part is in pain and it gives you plenty of anger for the show you have to do tomorrow, so it’s not hard at all to maintain an angry disposition.”
Instead of slowing down like one would imagine from a band that’s been putting albums out since 1982, Bad Religion were inspired by Epitaph buddies Pennywise and their super-sized, super-charged punk sound.
“I thought it was a return to their greatest record,” confessed Gurewitz. “It really inspired me and I thought, ‘We can do that.’ It made me want to write a tough record.”
Update (1-25-2013) - Epitaph has now uploaded on their YouTube channel a high quality video of the whole event including full Q&A's (although they left out Sorrow!). Thanks to Guns for the heads up!

Update (1-24-2013) - It appears that the video has been removed from YouTube due to copyright claims. KROQ will soon post their video, so be sure to check back again. For now they have made available a gallery of the event.

Until KROQ post their video, you can watch mine.
But: The video is slightly too fast and the sound has little skips in it all the time, but that's the best I could do. The Hangout part is complete though and the sound glitches don't matter that much during the interview, I think. http://youtu.be/eXvl1e4Kh1g |
