Here's more info from Michele Ceazan. No Substance will be released everywhere April 4th, except for the US and Canada who will get it May 5th.

Sony has the rights to releasing American Lesion outside of the United States. They haven't refused to release it and in fact want to release it, but after No Substance. So, it looks like American Lesion will be released outside of the US but won't happen until after the release of No Substance.

According to Michele, there are no real confirmed tour dates for the Warped Tour yet. She said that it starts on the west coast in the end of June in Phoenix...NYC and NJ are around the beginning of August.
