No, it's not about the Joan Jett song with Graffin's collaboration...
I encourage you all to start our campaign to get The Empire Strikes First and Bad Religion where they've deserved to be for a long time.
Here's a couple of radio stations sites that enable e-voting for their charts.

Bad Religion
If there were any justice in the world, Bad Religion would be one of the biggest bands in it. That's not to say that the band doesn't possess one of alternative rock's most ardent fanbases. It's just that it seems almost tragic that the blueprint the band set up in the 80's (load guitars, great punk/pop hooks, and stringent, politically charged lyrics, mixed with sugary sweet harmonies) didn't lead to more obvious successes in the punk/pop nineties (please stand up Blink 182, et al.) An early influence on the late Kurt Cobain, Bad Religion has seen about as many members as a band with over 20 years of experience is likely to see. They release their, I don't know, like, 50th album, The Empire Strikes First, this summer.

So who "collaborated" on that song? I had a short arguement with my girlfriend because she insisted that it wasnt Joan Jett singing, but since i didn't know for sure i couldn't say too much. Where did it come from and who created it?

I wouldn't call "Let's do it" a collaboration, since graffin was one of several people to record male vocals for that song, and he didn't even work with her on it.
