Punk has never been pretty, and all the rain did was flatten a few mohawks, smear some too-thick eyeliner and drip on a few new tattoos. Most of the bands hardly noticed the elements but were glad an estimated 10,000 Houston fans showed up for the second attempt.
"Thank you all for coming back today," Bad Religion lead singer Greg Graffin said. "We would have been pretty lonely today without you."
