Read an article in New York Post published August 9.
August 9, 2004 -- HERE'S an idea of how much music and how many musi cians were at the day-long Vans Warped Tour:
When Story of the Year's lead singer Dan Marsala innocently asked the fans, "Does anybody out there play guitar?" at least 500 hands shot into the air.
Sure, some kids just like to raise their hands knowing they won't be called on. But with 11 stages set up on the Randalls Island soccer fields and 111 bands at the nine-hour music festival Saturday, the number of guitar pickers wasn't surprising....
