haha, tommy, if you don't want to feel like you're in school again then you're listening to the wrong band!
:D
I once made a list of all the words in my vocabulary that could be directly attributed to looking them up after hearing them in BR songs, and it was like 40 or more words. And I considered my English vocabulary pretty good BEFORE I started listening to BR!
Or as Fat Mike would say,
"I bought Suffer,
then I bought a thesaurus!"

I think that this is great news. The last album was released on June 6th I believe, so anytime after june is a 2 year wait, which is plenty of time to write some killer new tracks for a killer new record. I think this is a great idea, and I hope Bad Relgion keep rockin' on in the future! woohooo!

tommy, if you weren't such a dumbass maybe you'd realize that I wasn't trying to be smart but perhaps prevent PartIII from making this mistake in the future (if by any chance it wasn't just this time that she confused the two).

Shut up "rookie". We all understood what part III meant, so there is no reason to make us feel like we're in school again.

I understand the comment "back in the days it was every year" but well, those days are gone, and I must say, them albums had great songs, but as a whole the album TESF is much intenser than i.e. Generator. IMO!
and well, they're getting older hehehe plus, Brett has a record company and Greg has a second "solo album" to release.
just accept it, its better than no album eeh

woooo!
I dont care about the how long they take to do it. it makes a stronger album, if you see the timespan between the "fiasco's" and the last two albums, I'd rather have them to take the time. I can be patient.
*fell in love again with TESF recently*

right Dalton, i agree with you and accept that i was completely wrong... well it's nice to see how Greg can write songs every year... why? becouse it's good for us... new songs, new Oozin' Aaah's.. more happyness to our lives, more cds to carry in my car, and, oh yeah, more live recordings by the internet with a lot of new Oozin Aah's.. god! now i know why i love bad religion! :D
aaand.. New lyrics, new messages, new innerlines, new warnings, new jokes, new jokes from greg in stage.. shit... and i hope: new bad religion tour on brazil! AAAh yeah!
but i'm still not waiting a new album at next year...

Why can't they release an album every year? I understand that since the gray race to the new america that greg needed more time to write songs without brett. So why aren't they making more shit?

And besides, 1992 Generator, 1993 Recipe for Hate, 1994 Stranger than Fiction. Strong albums, full of great songs. Do you think that's poorness too? Some bands publish albums every fifth year, some every year. That's just the way it goes, if you got the spirit and the inspiration, you can publish an album every year if you wish, but if you have some other activities as well, you just make an album when you have the time and will to do it. It can't really be planned accurately.

I didn't really catch your point, rka. But if I have understood correctly, TESF has been one of BR's best-selling albums, if not the best. And what comes to BR getting poor, I think they've never been rich... If valued in money, I mean. And who said anything about next May? If they start to write to album later / late this year, it won't be out until autumn 2006, at least. Anyway, when they make a album, I think it's more about the love for punk rock than anything else. I mean, even it would be partially for the money, you still gotta like what you're doing, in else it's pointless.

you're planning a lot of shit...
they wont make a new album at the next year... please.. dont make me believe on that...
Look that.. Is TESF not selling much as planned? Now the solution is make a new album every 2 years? Is BR getting poor?
Oh Yeah.. a new album in next May seems to be poorness to me... sincerely... :P
..or they're loving too much what they're doing behind the stages
..or they're tired to play Sorrow, Stranger Than Fiction and Recipe For Hate (i mean any song.. not those) every and every and every night...
or brett and greg doesn't have nothing to do at their spare time...
well... we dont know :\
but i'm not waiting for a new album.. not now..

Ok, just needed to get that out of my system...But as Dalton reminds us, we can't get our hopes up too high; remember how POB was put off like twice before it was finally released...Still, it's good news

Ok, great! But I remember that eg. Process of Belief was released half a year later than originally planned, so hold your horses, it could be not before than 2007. Still, this is great news.
