Very crappy (Latin->Dutch->English) translation that might get somewhere near:
"But for you to look around from where originated all the error, of those that complain about enjoyment and of those that praise sadness, I will open the whole matter, and explain those things from that finder of truth themselves, and as they were said by the architect of happy life."

Searching with Google, you find a text which reads "Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium, totam rem aperiam, eaque ipsa ab illo inventore veritatis et quasi architecto beatae vitae dicta sunt explicabo." It looks a bit more like real Latin than 'tatem' and 'udatium' (which then come from 'voluptatem' and 'laudantium', apparently). I've got a Latin dictionary over here, so if I'm bored I might give you a hand-crafted translation. It Should also be possible to find one on the web though. The text seems to be used as a placeholder, like "I'll put something meaningful in here, eventually".

I thought it was just some sort of strange hex that Mr. Brett threw in there to curse Jay since he's jealous of his looks.
But that's pure conjecture.

It may be incorrect. They incorrectly quoted Orwell in "The Empire Strikes First" booklet.

it changed my life... i guess
The Process of belief always sounded like something strange to me... i never will get surprised if someone find out anything subliminal into TPOB (into the innerlines, or backwards, or 'in the middle of something')...
so i guess latin words are subliminal messages too...
fear it :/
but i didn't understood what it really means because my english really sucks, so if someone can explain it to me, i'll be thankful :(

Hmm...I doubt that it's correct Latin, I've never heard of "udantium". I do know that "tatem" is a latin word as it appeared several times in a Latin text by Martin Luther, but I forgot the meaning though. I'm too tired to think about it now, I'll try to figure it out tomorrow.
