Here?s my story of the Bad Religion show on Aug 14, 2005 in Stockholm. I woke up at 9 am on Sunday morning and had my worst hangover ever. I slept for only 4 hours since we have had a really great party the night before. I took the bus out to Lulea airport and that was really horrible. I think you all know how it feels to sit on a bus when you?re really drunk. I finally got to the airport and was lucky to get a seat in the front of the plane. I sat next to the famous Swedish actor and artist Lasse Aberg. After a 90 minutes flight and many visits to the lavatory I was in Stockholm. My brother picked me up at the airport and we went home to one of his friends apartments. We watched the World Championships high jump final. We all thought that the Olympic gold medal winner Stefan Holm would win the final but everyone in the final jumped really bad and Stefan ended at 7th place.

After that we took the bus to Fryshuset where the concert was. We arrived at 1930 and the support act Twopointeight had already started playing. They are a really great band but played for only 30 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and at 2045 Brian Baker and the other guys went on stage. Jay Bentley looked really cool wearing a Kilt and a long costume with no shirt under. I think he looked a little bit like Pamela Andersons Swedish ex-boyfriend Marcus Schenkenberg.

They stared with Overture and Sinister Rouge. Other songs played were (not in order) Come Join Us, Infected, American Jesus, Atomic Garden, Gods Love, Let Em Eat War, Los Angeles is Burning, Sanity, Punk Rock Song, 21st Century Digital Boy, Fuck Armageddon this is Hell, Suffer, No Control, Kerosene, The Defence and the festival version of Generator and some more I can?t remember right now.

Graffin and Bentley joked about a Swedish word they had picked up from a taxi driver. The word was ?kant? (which means edge or margin), but they pronounced it like ?cunt? and Graffin said ?Please, only use that word in Sweden? and Bentley filled in with ?or in New York?. Graffin also asked where people were from and the cities he mentioned were Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund, Uppsala and then he talked to Hetson and after that he asked ?Someone from Norkoping?? Bentley said ?Someone from Tillburg? but then Graffin shaked he?s head like ?not that?s in the Netherlands?.

After 1 hour they got off stage and came back and Graffin said something like ?my shower is already on and the limousine is waiting outside so we have to go?. He also said that ?we have a gig in Oslo tomorrow so we can?t stay here anymore? and everyone was booing and then he asked ?don?t you like Norway??. ?No? everyone screamed and Greg answered with ?I?ll tell them that tomorrow and I think they?ll say the same about you?. This time Graffin couldn't joke about the cheap seats because there was no cheap seats. I think the sound was really great during the show, not like the horrible opening last year.

The show ended at 2210 and I was a little bit disappointed that they couldn?t play for a few more minutes. We had to go directly after the show since my brother should get up to work on Monday morning and we had a 4 hour drive to my parent?s home in Karlstad. We stopped at a gas station to buy some hot dogs but when we came there we met the Swedish artist Magnus Uggla and his tour bus and when we should buy our hot dogs the girl working at the gas station said ?sorry Magnus Uggla and his crew bought all hot dogs?.
