The Bad Religion Page will today, on October 1, celebrate its 10th birthday! I wish to thank all visitors we have had during the years and a big thank you to all webmasters and other people who have made the site what it is today! Thank you!
Below is the history about The Bad Religion Page.
The Bad Religion Page was created by Brian Scott and launched on October 1, 1995. The site was authorized by Greg Graffin in November 1995. Soon the page was getting so many hits that Brian's web provider (his university) asked him to leave. He looked around for another provider but couldn't find anything he really liked, so he decided to create his own. Brian enlisted the help and resources of a couple of friends, and around 1.1.1997 TierraNet was born. With the elimination of space and bandwidth restrictions, the page could continue to be the most complete and most used Bad Religion resource on the internet.
In 1997 Justin Sipla inherited the webpage from Brian Scott and kept it going for about a year, then he gave control of the page to Joe Rafaniello. During the time Justin ran the website, he gave it the black-white-and-red look that last until Roger inherited the site, plus added a lot of new content and news.
In June 1998 Roger Vulture inherited the page from J,J & J and fused it with The Answer, a website he had built all by himself consisting of the BR reference guide as well as over thirty articles, tabs, rare lyrics, videos, etc. Under Roger's management the page has become huge, as he added his whole collection of BR stuff (the largest in the world) and many other things, including many new sub-pages. The page is now receiving around 4,000 visits a day and it has been featured in (but not sponsored by) the 1996 KROQ Calendar, MusiquePlus (a Canadian music television station), Bad Times (the Bad Religion newsletter), and has been mentioned on radio shows around the globe.
In the fall of 2003 The Bad Religion Page got a new domain and new layout. The layout was designed by Brendan Firem. Kristoffer Averheim is now webmaster for the site.

hey congrats to the BR page. I remember I discovered the page through my friend and ever since 9th grade (I'm out of high school now) I have always been looking up stuff, reading post, adding post, giving info, looking and printing tabs, song lyrics, and interpretations (I have a couple), and yeah... Wow! I'm only 15... so this site has been up for most of my life, and I've been a BR fan for a long time. BEST BAND EVER! GREATEST WEBSITE EVER! Great Job keeping the news updated and all... I come here everyday, and there's always something new goin' on! Once again, Great Job!!!
