I was at this show and it was the first time I got to see Bad Religion, The Circle Jerks & The Vandals. These were the best times of my teenage years, carefree and out to have some fun. Experiencing these shows and seeing Bad Religion and all the other shows opened up a whole new world to me. I would never take back any of the experiences me and my friends had whether good or bad these years affected my out look toward society our government and life in general. I'm 53 now and I can remember these days like it was yesterday.
If you were there then you would have to agree that the LA Punk Scene was one of a kind and this is where hardcore punk rock was born and bred. Living in San Pedro made it easy to see the shows at The Dancing Waters and the influence that San Pedro had on the punk scene and music is undeniable. The original ghetto by the sea otherwise known as crazy town to the rest of the south bay. So proud to be a Pedro Pirate.

A week before (Tuesday, May 11th), they played at the Whisky a Go-Go with The Rock 'n Rebels.
