Rise Against was bunk. I used to love them but they lost me over the past few years. They attract the worst type of meatheads to their shows now. I could barely maintain my composure after hearing a guy yelling "white power" several times during the BR set. I was able to move away from him and thouroughly enjoy the set, but by the time RA came on, I was so jaded that I couldn't manage to enjoy myself. WTF has Rise Against become?
Oh, and Jay sang LTEW. 04/18/2011 at 15:31

They did not play "only rain" at this show unless I somehow had a blackout for a three minute period.

Civalien, if you see a dude with a black Channel Islands Surfboards hat singing every word, make sure you say whats up. Also, I hope you got your Strung Out/Face to Face tickets for the 27th at the Commodore in Van. Enjoi the show tonight!

Nevermind. I'm attending the concert. (That's the first time I've ever put 'attending' and 'concert' together in a sentence. I'm going!

Would the righteous student please reflect, after the show, right here? Were the backup vocals any good? Did Hetson leap? Anyone stage dive? Play any new songs? You get it...

I can shed a little light on the venue. It is basically a giant convention hall that is part of Qwest Field (where the Seahawks play). It is by far the worst venue I have ever been to, but for Bad Religion, I don't mind. There are some seats, but the floor is giant so you should have no problem getting GA tickets. Because it's part of the stadium, beer is priced accordingly ($10 for a beer). There is nothing "rock and roll" about this corporate venue and the bouncers all wear yellow shirts and do their best to prevent you from having any fun. The great thing is though, none of it matter because it's Bad Fucking Religion!

i'm going to make the trip down from vancouver, but have never heard of the wamu theatre. can anyone shed some light on the venue? saw the website, and was mostly wondering if there is going to be seating; similar to the moore theatre. i saw br there for the process of belief tour, and the show was great but the fact that there was seating took a lot away from the show. thanks for any info.
