Hah sorry about that. I was on the hetson side of the stage against the end rail near the bar area. I wish we had more time to coordinate, but had a great time with Simian & his friends. As far as the set, similar set to last night except no modern man and no come join us, but they did play nothing to dismay and against the grain in their place. However I don't remember the exact placement of those 2 songs.Graffin also made an oopsie on Sorrow. It was also great seeing my niece Rachael who is 16 rocking out (we stood near the pit...had to throw her in the deep end) at her first BR show...she knew more songs than I thought!!
Brooks was back on Saturday night in Montclair, NJ. The Philly show was his 2nd night back. Having gone to both the 930 club show in DC (with Steve Port from PBC drumming) and the Electric Factory show in Philadelphia (with Brooks drumming), I have to say it is so good to have Brooks back. Nothing but respect for Steve for filling in on drums (and he did as well as anyone but Brooks could have under the circumstances). I will never again have any doubt, however, about how much energy and precision Brooks brings to Bad Religion after seeing the differences in these 2 shows. The acoustics are also better in the Electric Factory, I think. Anyway, had fun listening to soundcheck with frod79 and his niece (and watching, until someone on the club staff noticed us by the open door, haha). The set was great, the chemistry on stage was great, and I really had an incredible time at this show. And, I hung around near the tour bus afterwards for a couple minutes just to see if Jay or Hetson would be hanging around, but to my surprise I finally got to meet the good doctor himself: Greg Graffin and simian.
[small]Edited by simian[/small]
he just slammed that door as if it was justin timberlake praticing or something! what a dick, but i'm glad you guise had an awesome time! 03/26/2013 at 22:14

After 10+ years of listening to Bad Religion, this was my first live show. It was simply amazing, I had such a great time. I noticed that the Electric factory designed a sick custom concert poster for the show. To commemorate my first BR show, I was hoping to grab one. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Didn't Greg goof and they played No Direction before Do What You Want? I very specifically remember him apologizing to the other guys when he realized something was wrong. I'm just not 100% positive it was those two songs he switched up.

It was pretty nice hearing Nothing to Dismay, I didn't really expect 'em to play it. Glad to know they're also throwing Gray Race tracks in the lineup, although I was a little bummed they didn't play Come Join Us.
One of my favorite bits about the night was when Brian & Jay concluded the set with the little interplay from the end of Social Suicide. Just a perfect, almost theatrical-in-nature conclusion to a perfect set. 03/25/2013 at 19:54
Was Brooks back?
Yes. I think this was his 2nd show back. Great show. Was also on the Heston side of the stage 2nd floor but was a great vantage point. Will post pics later. Saw Heston after the show and walked into GG by accident going to my car. PBC and Bronx were decent. First time back at EF since they were there in 11 with Rise against. Forgot what a big ass cave that is.

Mistook a random guy for Frod, had an awkward conversation. Otherwise kickass show.

Now that Brooks is back, I really hope they can work Beyond Electric Dreams in and Nothing to Dismay. Probably will be the only show I get to see on this tour due to scheduling.

Might be going to the Philly Show, will be a gameday decision due to the commute. Wish someone were going with me.

Hitting up this show and the D.C. show. Wish they were coming to Baltimore again, but ehhh... I can't complain. Two shows each within less than a 2 hour drive. See you punx there!
