I was honestly a bit disapointed. I actually bought the overpriced ticket because they were schedule to play a full 90 minutes set.
Good show but, like Pac, I'd like if the next Montreal show is in a venue and not in a festival. There's a big festival culture in Montreal and with Evenko having a near monopoly of show promotion, there's literally no way of having a tour stop in Montreal in the summer without Evenko (or others) trying to turn it into somekind of a big festival with shorter sets, higher ticket prices and a 15 foot stage 10 meters from the crowds with huge sponsors on it. When it comes to see my favorite band, I like it much better to see a show in a regular venue than in a festival. At least, the Montebello Rockfest (and their No Mtl show policy) seems to be dying so maybe I'll have more chance to see some of my favorite bands in the summer without having to pay 200$ and take 2 days off at my job to go camping with annoying drunk people in an overcrowded rural village.
Also, it's true that they've played nearly 15 minutes less than the time that they were planned to play. They could have at least ad Do What You Want and We're Only gonna die to their set or having Jay telling a few more funny things between songs. 07/30/2019 at 17:42

well most of their recent Shows had a Shorter set… but for a Festival Show 27 Songs is more than decent ;)
Progress would have been awesome indeed! 07/29/2019 at 07:31

Show was ok but not their best. Between Toronto the day before and RI the day after, the band looked a bit tired. They were scheduled to play 1h30 but they were done after 1h15 or so; I've seen other shows where they played 32-33 songs but not this time. And man, I wish they would have played Progress!! Anyway cant complain, always good to see them live and some of new songs keep growing on me (btw how about starting to play "Old Regime"??). Next time in MTL... a venue please, not a festival!
