I was 18 just out of High School and Homeless living in a Cave in Laguna Beach, CA when a friend of my Step-Brother that was Skating for Powell-Peralta invited me to come along on a Video Shoot in South America with them as a Spare Camera Guy/Gopher. As we planned out the days shoot we were surprised with Tickets to this show that night so we all went. To this day My Daughter still has the beat remains of the shirt from this show and I one day hope to get it signed for her (She's almost as big a BR Fan as I am (Her Favorite Band as well) and now joins me in the Pit)

That's correct. Bad Religion and Biohazard came together to Buenos Aires both in 1993 and 2001; only Biohazard opened for Bad Religion the first time and then the second time it was the other way around.

According to this video, Biohazard also played this show. He says it at around 30 seconds into the video.
