The screaming towards the end of the studio version is done by Brett. In 1996, it was one of his favorite BR songs.
Song meaning
Brett: "All Good Soldiers is saying that there's no such thing as a good soldier. Basically the meaning of the song is that all soldiers are bad and that the central idea is that if they threw a war and nobody showed up then they couldn't have it."[1]
