The label Brett worked in for a while. He did another pressing of How Could Hell Be Any Worse? without the rest of the band's knowledge, sold the albums to Chameleon, and never accounted for the money. He used it to buy drugs. He always felt guilty about it, and part of what he wanted to do when he started Epitaph up again in 1987 was to make it up to the band. Then it took him four years to get the album back from Chameleon, to whom he had licensed it, at which point, he / they could place it on the 1980-85 anthology.
