On February 22, 2022 a book was released, called "Forbidden Beat: Perspectives on Punk Drumming".

In it, respected writers and musicians explore the history of punk percussion with personal essays, interviews and lists featuring their favorite players and biggest influences. It features Pete Finestone and Lucky Lehrer and many more. Lucky also wrote the foreword.
