Frank Kozik is an American graphic artist who designed the 1990 No Control European tour poster.
The Offspring approached Frank Kozik to do the art for the album Americana (1998), and Frank "recycled" that image from the tour poster. Jay: "(...) honestly, i'm surprised The Offspring went with that, knowing that we had that euro poster up in Epitaph for years while they were on the label. but meh... who cares?"[1]
