The footage for this DVD was shot at two consecutive nights at the Hollywood Palladium; November 19 and 20, 2004. It was directed by Zach Merck.

The original release date was May 25, 2005, but got delayed several times. The actual release date turned out to be March 7, 2006.

Only by August 2005 it became clear that the guys who were making the DVD mixed the audio in 2 channels instead of 5.1. The correct 5.1 mix was completed by Chase Audio by late August 2005.

It remains unclear why it took another 7 months for the DVD to be released, after again several delay announcements.
