RF7 is an American hardcore punk band from Southern California that formed in 1979. Their first recordings were on the 1981 Public Service compilation, which allowed them to get booking with bands such as: The Circle Jerks, Black Flag, and Bad Religion. They were very good friends with Hetson's original band, Redd Kross. [1]
On their first LP, 1982's Weight of the World, RF7 featured a song titled "Jesus Loves You." Bad Religion is mentioned in the song:
"Jesus Loves You;
Don't Be Fooled By Bad Religion;
Say A Prayer;
Maybe You'll be Forgiven" [2]
