Graffin said on the Chat on BR Day that he plans to record a lot this year and put out a new solo album. He is also planning to work a lot on his PhD in the next two years and he explained that in September 1999 he spent a couple of weeks in Wyoming doing fieldwork. He explained that he had been talking to Brett the day before and they joked about the possibility of re-releasing Into The Unknown (but he said "who knows?" so there is still a chance). When asked who he will vote for he replied "Gore... usually I like the independent party... but I am casting a vote against the republicans... not necessarily for Gore... Its sad that it has come to that...".
