I have no idea if any official word has come out about who wrote which songs,
DEFINATE GREG:
Social
Atheist
God's Love
Boot Stamp
DEFINATE BRETT:
LA's Burning
The Quickening
Beyond Electric Dreams
The Fall of Man
HYPOTHESIS:
Overture: The whole band kinda "wrote" it as a jammy intro. Yes, they DO do this, they are a band afterall.
Sinister Rouge: Brett title, Greg lyrics, Greg chord structure and feel. Pretty sure that this one was Greg.
All There Is: Brett all around, but something is irkingly Greg. Most likely Brett.
Let Them Eat War: Nice Bretty riff, but very Greggy feel all around, and definately Greg's lyrics. Perhaps they wrote it together. I'm goin with Greg on this one.
To Another Abyss: They both wrote this one. Just like Epiphany. Same track number too.
The Empire Strikes First: Speaking of which, everyone wrote this one. Baker was definately in charge of the harmonic riff, Greg was in charge of the verse, and Brett took care of the chorus and bridge.

BTW, Overture is basically the beginning to Sinister Rouge. Greg Hetson said so in that audio interview on punk insider. Whoever wrote Sinister Rouge wrote Overture.

I'm going to guess that The Quickening was written by Brett because of it's Biblical reference to Cain.

I should've said "song writer" and not "band member". I do remember hearing that Hetson lived outside of LA, though. Could've just been an erroneous comment.

I'm fairly sure Brett still resides in LA considering Epitaph is on Sunset Blv.
And yes, LA is a crap hole (minus Downtown)

Greg mentioned during the September 2003 House of Blues (Sunset Blvd.) show that Hetson was the only one (on the stage at the time) that still lives in LA. This was after he made a remark about how much of a craphill LA is hehe.

We can also assume Brett wrote "Boot Stamping On A Human Face Forever" simply for it's "uniqueness", and "Beyond Electric Dreams" because it sounds just like Atomic Garden near the end.
Overture- N/A- Well, MAYBE Brett.
Sinister Rouge - Greg
Social Suicide(sounds like a Pennywise Song) - Greg
Atheist Peace - Greg
Los Angeles Is Burning- Brett
Let Them Eat War - Brett
God's Love - Greg
To Another Abyss - Brett
The Quickening - Greg
The Empire Strikes First - Greg
Beyond Electric Dreams - Brett
Boot Stamping On A Human Face Forever - Brett
Live Again - The Fall Of Man - Greg
All There Is - Greg

Brett said, and I quote, "I'm glad to see a lot of you like the song. I just wanted to say that it's not any kind of a farewell. It's a song about the Los Angeles fires of this past year with a politcal subtext."

Its pretty obvious that he wrote it, you can just tell from listening to it, Graffin doesn't write lyrics like "even the stars are ill at ease" and such. Also, I'm not entirely convinced the song is about the wildfires.
