No they definitely should've picked Stealth, that's the hardest BR song to play.

nice. I think Infected is a good pick, its harder than the average punk song, and for an unexperienced player a challenge (only for a day or 2 but hey, its the thought that counts)
.
other news:
.
The new "Tony Hawk American Wasteland" skateboard game has Bad Religion - We're Only Gonna Die in it

The Donnas in a game called Guitar Hero? Christ, I'd rather punch myself in the throat then suffer through one of their worthless dribbles.
Interesting to BR on the same soundtrack as Megadeth, Black Sabbath, et al. Like everyone said, 10 in 2010 would've been a better choice, but whatevs.

Ten in 2010 would have been way too easy

11-13? The games made for a large audience, hell looking at some of the videos of people playing the game, 11 to 13 year olds would probably have issues with the hard levels, the game gets very complex.
And adding your own songs to the game won't work in any version, it would be VERY VERY hard to do, from what i'm guessing they record the guitar sounds themselfs (not just use the song itself, since they are re-recording it)
From the songs in the videos on the game informer website sound very much like the real ones, The BR song should sound fine, but i really wanna hear the vocals, it's gonna be odd i think

10 in 2010 would've been amazing, although, for their target audience (if it is what I'm guessing: 11 - 13) would be really hard to do. Any BR song would be good, and i actually like infected being included and not 21st century digital boy or american jesus (american jesus would be ridiculously easy). The next giutar game they make they should seriously consider putting in a notation type program within the game, so you could get your own cds and scan them in (or more realisitcally, be able to download updates to a database, and have users be abel to make their own tabs to the game's system).
hmm, would've liked to see shattered faith as the song chosen, would be more incentive to try it if they had a b-side.

whats really funny, is that the song will not be the "real" song, it will be more like a karaoke version. Should still be good, harmonix, the games developer, really kicks ass when it comes to making these games, but i can't wait to hear the mock graffin. Thats gonna be just funny ;-)

Apparently there will be a guitar controller as well if you go to this site as well as one screenshot.

Nice, but for a guitar game, I would have taken ten in 2010 I think.
