The original incarnation of Tested, was just a verse of which was intended to be part of a song for The Gray Race. When the band was in Germany (during The Gray Race European tour) at soundcheck they stumbled on a chorus, and then, throughout the tour, they progressed it and turned it into a song.
The song as it ended up on the Tested compilation record was recorded at Greg's Polypterus home studio on September 2nd, 1996.
A demo version of this song exists which has a slightly different chrous than the final version as it appeared on the Tested compilation album.
