The guys from AlternativeMusicHub.com did an interview with Jay in which he explains what the tours to support the upcoming True North album will (or could) look like.
Except for the European shows, no other dates are known yet. But if the U.S. dates early next year are really happening, it shouldn't take too long for them to be announced.
"It should be pretty standard actually. We will hit the road in the U.S. early next year and get a heap of touring in. We will then go to Europe and do the same. Then, Greg will probably return to teaching in the fall and winter. We will then probably start up again in the spring, probably hit South America and such, and I would say, probably tour the United States again in the summer. I can see us putting in about sixteen odd months of touring in the next two years."

Remember, this is just an intention! Without any confirmed dates anything can still happen. So if plans indeed change, don't start saying "fuck you BR, you promised to come to <fill in your country>!".
