Over the past couple of weeks several tour dates have surfaced. As for now it's pretty much official that there's gonna be a tour in May/June.. and a mix of festival and club shows!

We already reported about Download Festival and Ruhrpott Rodeo, and now we can confirm that Bad Religion will be playing Nova Rock in Austria. The festival takes place from June 13-15 at the Pannonia Fields in Nickelsdorf. Other bands that have been confirmed are Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, The Offspring, Anthrax, The Prodigy, Dropkick Murphys and many more.
Besides the European dates, there's also tour news for the fans in the US; Bad Religion will be playing at the X Games in Austin, Texas on June 7!
The festival takes place at the open-air venue Austin360 Amphitheater located at the Circuit of the Americas from Friday June 6 - Sunday June 8. Bands/ artists that will be playing as well are The Flaming Lips, Slightly Stoopid and of course Kanye West (Brian seems to be very excited to see the #1 rock star on the planet...).
Last but not least, another show in Japan has been confirmed. Bad Religion will not only play the Punkspring Festivals in Tokyo and Osaka, but also the fourth day on Tuesday April 1 at the Zepp Nagoya in Nagoya.

I had tickets for the Moscow NOFX show. We were landing around noon and the show was at 9 PM. Until Russia happened and they were moved to a festival in the early afternoon - never got to the show:-(

Two Russia shows in 2010 is a great happiness for russian fans. So in the absense of BR I had to be content with NOFX show in June 2013 in Moscow. It was stunning very much but Bad Religion is Bad Religion and that's it.
The only solution to hear BR in action is to invite Europe, seeing that tour is a regular thing there. |
