The show in Kitchener on September 25th is cancelled. This show was before the Montreal's one on September 26th, on the 2008 Canada Tour. It was supposed to happen at the Elements Theater. The band didn't tell the reasons for the cancelling.

I do not mind digging deep personally I was saying that is one of my guesses why that show got canceled. I have seen bad religion a lot and regardless of latp being two nights they played for 1:45 in 05 when I saw them at hob... Now they are playing festival sets at their shows I don't like that. Anyway I love them I just want to see a couple different songs

Gabriel V, good stuff is always worth the extra effort. Besides with the Internet now it's not like it's that hard to find out about shows, come on. "Dig real deep until it hurts".

haha. Yeah, that must be it. That was an awesome show a few years ago... protest the hero, anti-flag and bad religion. What a lineup. :)

Maybe the first Kitchener show a few years ago was just so awesome they knew they couldn't top it.

Gabriel, Live at the Palladuim was recorded over 2 nights. I saw Rancid last night and they play about 15 songs, great show. My buddy saw Avenge Sevenfold and they play 10-12 songs. The fast pace B.R. plays is uncomparable. Enjoy the band before they retire, than we well all be complaining.

Anyway I love bad religion with all my heart I think I am retiring seeing them live. Now they only play 22-26 songs per show. It's not even worth it especially because they are all the same songs. Live at the palladium is 31 songs. When you get a 24 song set like in San Francisco its disappointing. 7 more songs would have been amazing

Only 160 presale? I do think Bad Religion doesn't do much advertising for their shows. Everyone I know that goes to see them had to search themselves to find out. Even on the Bad Religion myspace the shows for San Fran and most the Canada shows werent posted until like a week before. Usually bands have fliers and do radio shows and internet interviews talking about their shows and where the tickets are sold and this and that. With bad religion for the last like year or so you have to dig deep to find out when they are playing because they usually don't post it until like a week before. Anyway I wish they would change the set. So many good songs they don't play. Even newer stuff. I would love to see sinister rouge back in the line up along with Prove it and supersonic. But more so I want to hear some other New Maps of Hell stuff. I want to hear Submission Complete live, Dearly Beloved (Full Band), Grains of wrath, and before you die.

ya the walk in for the show would have been huge.. i know 3 people in my close circle of friends that were planning to go but had not bought tickets yet. if everyone of the 180 people were the same as me that would have been like 700 alone.
still lame, and very angry.

Hey Jay! I hope to meet you wednesday night, make sure to drag everyone else out there too!
It sucks when a show gets canceled...but one show in the middle of a tour is almost NEVER band related. Touch wood nothing comes up to affect a band member, but it's not likely them (as it isn't in this case) and even if it were, getting angry and aggressive won't change things.
and one more thing, nothing against Kitchener, and it isn't YOUR fault, but 180 presale? I'd get used to coming to toronto for your bad religion shows.

Hey Jay - Thanks for update. Maybe in the nearby future we can use the new brpage.net to get updates like this out earlier. I was thinking about some sort of Breaking News thingy which you or anyone from the band can update yourselves. Just a thought....
Ps. The cheeseburgers and chocolate shakes on the new site are coming along great! :)

this is fucking bullshit. i was looking forward to this show for months. i cant fucking go to toronto on a wednesday night.
a little explaination would be great. its kind of stupid BR doesnt have an ACTUAL website with news and what not.. just some shitty myspace page. what is with that?"
first. the promoter pulled the show.. i got a phone call that said, there are 180 presale and the promoter IS pulling the show, i tried to get them to believe in the walk up from a university town, but no. he didn't want any part of that.
second. you got your news here. pages require someone to maintain them and brooks and i run the myspace page, so it's as official as it's going to get.

MySpace is way cheaper (and easier) to maintain, I guess. The MySpace guys were very clever in targeting the music niche.

That really sucks for the BR fans in Kitchener... And it's so fucking close to the show in Montreal! Thank god (ironically) they didn't cancel that one!
